KEARSTON A. RUDOLPH, MA, LSC, LPC

Both professional and life experiences have equipped Kearston to recognize the resiliency embedded in every individual’s story. She believes we were ALL created to experience wholeness; not to settle for “halfness” – or even “almostness”. She is committed to being an instrument of God’s healing grace and to help people know that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Ultimately, she believes that clients know what is best for themselves; however, we all need a compassionate and understanding mentor to help “sort out the messiness of life.”

Kearston deeply values emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship and considers it a privilege to be allowed into difficult and critical spaces with her clients. She believes in empowerment and client self-determination to set their own goals and strive towards their highest good and wholeness in their life. Specifically, her goal in counseling is to meet you where you are, help you identify your innate strengths, and learn how the things you have been through in the past have influenced you, yet can move you forward. She desires to create a safe space where you can learn that your past does not define you and you get to write the ending to your story.

She has been engaged in the “helping profession” for over 20 years as an agency Case Manager, a Program Coordinator within adult group homes, a Special Needs Advocate serving both adults and children and also as a Licensed School Counselor.

She focuses on teens and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as couples who may be entering a new marriage or struggling through their current one.

Kearston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Work and a Master of Arts in School & Guidance Counseling from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky and her Master’s of Arts in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling from Ashland University.

She sees clients in the Worthington office.
